1 Series E87 120i (N43) 5-door
Insert screws (1 and 2) and tighten down screw connection
between engine block and cylinder head.
Tightening torque 11 12 3AZ
.
Align chain guide.
Important!
Take care - screw can fall down very easily.
Install lower screw of chain guide.
Tightening torque: 11 31 6AZ
.
Replace sealing ring.
Insert plug (1) and tighten down.
Tightening torque: 11 31 8AZ
.
Pull up timing chain and install both solenoid valves.
Pull up timing chain and install chain guide (1).
Carefully press lower chain guide apart and install chain guide (1)
with locking lugs (see arrow).
