Removing and installing (replacing) centre
console switch cluster (version without CCC)
(up to 03/2007)
Lever out complete centre console switch cluster (1) with
trim (2) at fastening points (3).
Note:
The centre console switch cluster (1) and the heater/air
conditioner operator unit (2) are connected via the ribbon
cable (4).
To disconnect ribbon cable plug connection (3), detach heater/air
conditioner operator unit (2) .
Unlock and disconnect ribbon cable plug connection (3).
Remove complete centre console switch cluster (1) from
heater/air conditioner operator unit (2).
Replacement:
Lever out centre console switch cluster (1) at lower fastening
points (3).
Unclip centre console switch cluster (1) in direction of arrow from
trim (5) and remove.
Installation:
Make sure centre console switch cluster (1) engages correctly in
upper fastening points (2) and lower fastening points (3).
Make sure clips (4) on trim (5) are correctly seated.
