1 Series 120i (N43) Convertible
Unlock and disconnect coolant hose (1) (radiator return).
Unlock and disconnect coolant hose (2) (heater return).
Release hose clamp (3) on coolant hose (bypass line to cylinder
head).
Tightening torque: 11 53 3AZ
.
Release hose clamp (4) on coolant hose to coolant pump.
Tightening torque: 11 53 3AZ
.
Release screws (3).
Tightening torque: 11 53 4AZ
.
Detach coolant hoses (1 and 2).
Disconnect plug connection at coolant thermostat.
Remove coolant thermostat.
Assemble engine.
Fill cooling system and check for leaks.
