Checking fuel delivery pressure (M40)
Fit BMW SERVICE TEST or special tool 13 3 060 with adapter
lead and T-section 13 3 064 to fuel delivery lead before the
pressrue regulator.

Pull off fuel pump relay (3).

Relay for oxygen-sensor heating
2.
Main relay for Digital Motor Electronics (DME)
3.
Relay for electric fuel pump (EKP)
Connect special tool 61 3 050 to terminal 87b and terminal 30.
Pressing button and reading off delivery pressure on pressure
gauge,
refer to Technical Data.
