Additional work on CNG vehicle (removing
and installing gas lines on metering unit,
vacuum and hot water connections on low-
pressure unit)
Drain CNG system,
refer to section on draining the CNG system
Unfasten banjo bolts (1) of air intake lines on low-pressure unit.
Installation:
Replace sealing rings.
Tightening Torque,
refer to Technical Data 13 81 1AZ
Mark vacuum hoses (1 to 3), open hose clamps and pull off
hoses.
Remove coolant hose on low-pressure unit. Loosen hose clamp
and pull off coolant hose.
Installation:
Replace hose clamp and replace coolant hose if necessary.
