3 Series E36 316g (M43) COMP
Check connection point (1) on floor of vehicle for leaks with leak
tester spray.
Check connection (1) on gas bottle for leaks with leak tester spray.
Remove right-hand side trim panel.
Check connection point (1) between filler connection and high-
pressure non-return valve for leaks with leak tester spray.
Remove complete tank trim. Unfasten hose clip from hose sheath
and slide back hose sheath. Check connection between high-
pressure non-return valve and gas bottle for leaks with leak tester
spray.
