3 Series E36 316g (M43) COMP
Lift off trim panels.
Unfasten screws and remove grab handles.
Lift off left or right rear expansion rivet.
Pull off edge guard.
Installation:
If necessary, replace damaged expansion rivets.
Caution!
Do not bend the roof liner.
Move front seats forward as far as possible.
Fold down passenger-seat backrest.
Put driver seat backrest into upright position.
Hold roof liner tight and pull off edge guard.
Lift out roof liner backwards.
