Installation:
Location of retaining rails 1 ... 7.
Tightening sequence 1 ... 32.
Film (A) is located between reinforcing frame and retaining
rail.
Bores (B) for installation position.
Lift back of folding sunroof and pull backwards/upwards at an
angle to remove.
Caution!
If the seal has become detached from the locating flange (at
frame for folding sunroof, also partly), it must be replaced
(leakage),
refer to 54 11 120.
Installation:
Coat seal and body cutout with rubber protection coating
agent (sourcing reference: BMW Parts Service) (leakage).
Raise sealing lip (1) all round after screwing down frame with
special tool 00 9 316 (sealing lip wedge).
RA Removing and installing/replacing frame for complete folding sunroof
