3 Series E36 316g (M43) COMP
Pull bottom trim panel to the side out of the clips.
Disconnect connector, pry retainers apart and pull out resistor.
Position air grill so that it is straight and pull out.
Remove screws and remove glove box together with bottom trim
panel.
