Drill holes for plug welding upper reinforcement plate.
Weld reinforcement plate. Grind down welding.
Produce reinforcement plates for outer panel of B-pillar and fit into
side member cover.
Length = 60 mm
Drill and deburr holes for plug welding.
Coat reinforcement plates with zinc dust paint, slide into side
member cover 30 mm deep and weld.
Drill holes for plug welding in outer panel of B-pillar.
RA Replacing left or right outer section on center door pillar (partial replacement
