Removing and installing or replacing wind
deflector
Note:
Open sun roof.
Unscrew left and right screws and remove covers, refer to
Technical Data.
Caution!
Tightening torque, refer to Technical Data 54 12 1AZ
A sun roof cassette with stripped threads must be replaced.
Run the sun-roof mechanism back step by step carefully (approx.
50 mm) until sleds on left-hand and right-hand sides can be
removed.
Electric Sun Roof:
If applicable, run back using the emergency operator.
Twist left and right arms at top and remove towards outside.
