3 Series E36 316i (M43) COMP
Install, locate and weld up reinforcement on C pillar.
In connection for upper reinforcement in C pillar, place welded
spots so close together that a continuous seam is created.
Caution!
Locate welding spots in a way which prevents distortion
caused by heat elongation. Ensure that welded areas have
cooled sufficiently.
Danger of distortion!
Grind welding spots until smooth.
Seal connection points.
