Removing, installing and replacing headliner
for folding sun roof
Completely remove edge protectors from headliner.
Installation:
Assembly sequence for edge protectors:
- Fit rear center (mark)
- Fit right center (mark)
- Fit left center (mark)
- Fit front center (mark)
- Uniformly fit remaining edge protector
Open folding sun roof approx. 150 mm.
Disconnect wire from back of headliner from profile rail and
disconnect corner sections.
Installation:
Insert wire (1) in corner sections (2) then insert profile rail (3).
Before closing, first fit edge protector on headliner.
Pull edge protector on headliner forwards over cover.
