Replacing O-ring for output flange
(A5S 300J)
Remove complete exhaust system,
refer to 18 00 020.
Remove propeller shaft from transmission and center
mount,
refer to 24 00 027.
Brace output flange with special tool 23 0 020.
Loosen stop nut (1).
Installation:
Replace stop nut.
Tightening torque, refer to Technical Data.
Lever O-ring (2) out using a scribe.
Installation:
Lubricate O-ring (2) lightly with oil and install it in the groove.
Note:
Check ATF level, refer to 24 00 027
