Caution!
Simply pull cable for antenna amplifier - the cable is not
screw-mounted. Brace when pulling off cable.
Do not pull antenna amplifier towards trunk to improve access:
this might otherwise break off the retaining bracket.
Lift out cable grommet in roof gutter and insert wiring harness.
Installation note:
When installing the cable grommet, ensure that there is a
continuous seal along the roof gutter. If necessary, coat
sealing face with sealing compound. Otherwise, water can
enter the interior.
Remove finisher.
Note:
To facilitate installation of trunk lid, mark position of hinge on
trunk lid.
Secure trunk lid to prevent it from dropping, then disconnect gas
pressure prop.
Caution!
Gas pressure props have strong tension.
Unscrew bolts (1).
Remove trunk lid.
