Disassembling and assembling alternator
(Bosch 65 A)
Remove voltage regulator, refer to 12 32 501
Remove ribbed pulley and fan wheel using Special Tool
12 31 000
Installation:
For tightening torque, refer to Technical Data
Remove washers (1) and (2), fan wheel (3) and Woodruff key (4).
Unscrew bolts (1).
Mark position of housing sections relative to each other.
Installation:
Install longer screw for earthing cable in correct position.
Pull out bearing plate (1) with rotor (2).
