3 Series E36 318i (M43) SAL
Cut out side panel replacement section roughly from a new part, fit
in and cut out to final size.
Clean and coat mating surfaces on replacement section with zinc
dust paint.
Coat reinforcement plates and joints on body with zinc dust paint,
fit in and weld.
Coat both sides of mating surfaces on side panel
replacement section with zinc dust paint.
Coat mating surfaces on body with zinc dust paint.
RA Replacing left rear side panel (partial replacement)
