3 Series E36 318is (M42) SAL
Pull adapter out of brake booster.
Disconnect Bowden cable for throttle valve actuation.
This operation is described in section on removing and
installing/sealing the throttle body,
refer to 13 54 030
Removing alternator drive belt,
refer to 12 31 299
Unscrew power steering oil supply tank from left-hand engine
carrier and tie back to one side.
Unscrew power steering pump from engine and tie back to one
side.
Note:
Lines remain connected.
