3 Series E36 318is (M44) CONVER
Remove Bowden cable for height adjustment:
Pull off retainer.
Installation:
Ensure that seat is correctly locked in upright position. Press
down on seat ("locking click" must be clearly heard).
Move cable back and forth so that cable "settles" (free of play!).
Caution!
Do not pull on cable.
Use new retainer.
Pull off ball socket.
Push cable back and disconnect it.
