Front and (if necessary) rear disk brake linings: remove and install, check total thickness. Clean

brake shafts. If necessary, replace linings. Brake disks: Check surface and thickness. Grease

wheel centering mount on alloy wheels

Remove front and (if necessary) rear disk brake linings. For further information on how to proceed, refer to

Removing and installing rear disk brake linings. 

Note:

Clean brake shafts.

Replace brake linings if:

- 

linings drop below minimum thickness (refer to Technical Data)

Replace brake disks if:

- 

disks drop below minimum thickness (refer to Technical Data) 

- 

Presence of:

- 

Scoring

- 

Heat cracks

- 

Lateral runout

- 

Thickness difference

Caution!

After completing tasks, press brake pedal several times so that brake linings rest against brake disks.
