Replace radial seal in lower timing case (M41)
Removing hub for vibration damper,
refer to 11 23 031
Fit Special Tool 11 2 383 to crankshaft.
Fit special tool 11 2 385 to crankshaft
Note:
Align groove with parallel key.
Special tool 11 2 385 centres special tool 11 2 380
Removing radial sealing ring:
Screw in Special Tool 11 2 380 until it has made firm contact with
radial sealing ring.
Then remove radial sealing ring by turning screw.
RA Replace radial seal in lower timing case (M41)
