Removing and installing or replacing
alternator (M41)
Read fault memory. Switch off ignition.
Note instructions on disconnecting/connecting battery,
refer to General Data HG-12
Disconnect positive battery lead. Remove battery cover.
Disconnect battery ground wire.
Unfasten screw on battery holder. Remove battery.
Unscrew bolts. Remove battery carrier.
Unfasten hose clip at top of pressure tube.
