Check electric fuel cutout device (M41)
The fuel cutout device can also be piloted by the DIS, MoDiC and
the BMW SERVICE TESTER.
The cutout device is supplied with power from the DDE control
unit from ignition key setting "2". Switching on will be heard by a
loud click.
If a click is not heard, check power supply to the control unit.
For further tests, refer to BMW Diagnosis System.
Read out error memory of DDE control unit.
If necessary, check the main relay; to do this, remove the lid of the
relay box.
