Measure

Is battery supplying power to 4-pin
connector in receiver between pins 1
and 3?

No

Repair interrupt in positive or
negative leads.

Yes

Is fuse in receiver OK?

No

Replace fuse.

Yes

Does the system have a CD
changer?

No

refer to fault  02.1

Yes

Is connecting cable V1 OK

No

Replace connecting cable.

Yes

Does the fault also occur in the new
receiver?

No

Replace receiver.

Replace operating unit.

Yes
