Replacing heater core (air conditioner
compact)

Remove air collector,

refer to 64 11 207

For description of previous work,

refer to 64 11 207

Removing heater controls,

refer to 64 11 750

Removing shelf,

refer to 51 16 200

Loosen nut and place water flange to one side. Carefully blow air
into the feed lines to prevent residual cooling water in heater core
does not drip onto carpet.

Tightening torque refer to Technical Data 64 21 3AZ

 Unscrew studs.

Installation note:

Replace -rings.

For tightening torque refer to Technical Data 64 21 2AZ

Loosen screw and take off tube with three-way flange.

Installation note:

Replace -rings.

For tightening torque refer to Technical Data 64 21 1AZ
