3 Series E36 320i (M50) CONVER
Loosen hose clamp and securing screws.
Lift out air cleaner with air-mass sensor.
Installation:
Connect front intake fitting.
Detach hoses for idle-speed control valve and crankcase breather.
Remove air guide for alternator.
Unscrew screws and loosen hose clamp.
Lift up air guide.
Remove radiator with fan cowl,
refer to 17 11 000.
Caution!
Left-hand threads.
Using special tool 11 5 030, brace against pulley and unfasten
cap nut from water pump using special tool 11 5 040.
