3 Series E36 320i (M50) CONVER
Installation:
Tighten fan with special tool 11 5 040.
Tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 11 52 1AZ.
Note:
When using special tool 11 5 040, 30 Nm on the torque
wrench scale are equivalent to a tightening torque of 40 Nm.
Disconnect coolant hoses at heating valve and heater.
Disconnect throttle cable (Bowden cable) from throttle,
refer to 35 41 421.
Remove intake manifold and throttle valve from engine.
Note:
This task is necessary so that the engine wiring harness can
be removed from the engine.
Pull adapter out of brake booster.
Caution!
Plug connection bore.
