Removing and installing engine and
transmission for electric sun roof
Note:
Shut sun roof (neutral position).
Pull off relay for sun roof drive.
Shut sun roof with help of emergency operator.
If sun roof cannot be shut:
1.
Remove faulty motor/transmission
2.
Pull off relay for sun roof drive
3.
Install new motor/transmission
4.
Shut sun roof with help of emergency operator (neutral
position)
5.
Remove new motor/transmission again
6.
Turn new motor/transmission to neutral position
7.
Reinstall new motor/transmission
8.
Insert relay for sun roof drive
Unclip plate.
Remove screws (1 and 2).
Installation:
Replace screws (microencapsulated).
(1) = longer screw
Tightening torque, refer to Technical Data 54 13 1AZ
