Unfasten screws and lift off timing case cover.

Caution!

Check cylinder head gasket for damage; if necessary, remove
cylinder head and replace cylinder head gasket.

Installation:

Clean sealing surfaces.

Drive dowel pins into timing-case cover in such a way that
they protrude by about 2 to 3 mm.

Installation:

Secure new seals to timing case cover with a little grease.
