Replacing fuel filter (M50,S50US)
Remove suction hose between air-mass sensor and throttle body.
Disconnect fuel delivery line with special tool 13 3 010 from front
and back of filter.
Disconnect fuel hose with special tool 13 3 010. Unfasten hose
clip (2), remove fuel hose from delivery line by pulling downwards.
Catch and dispose of escaping fuel.
Unfasten screw (3), force tightening strap slightly apart and
unscrew filter in downwards direction. Drain filter and then remove
upper and lower hoses with clamps.
Installation:
Check direction of flow (arrow).
Arrow must point towards the injection valve strip.
