Removing and installing or replacing all rear
ultrasonic converters

Unfasten rear bumper,

refer to 51 12 000

Pull bumper slightly towards front.

Disconnect plug-in connections on ultrasonic converter.

Remove bumper.

Unlock locking ring (1).

Press special tool 66 2 103 firmly home: locking ring is released.

Installation:

Ultrasonic converter must snap into place in grooves on
bumper.
