3 Series E36 328i (M52) TOUR
Mark location of 8 mm dia. plug welding holes offset in two rows.
Remove wheel housing replacement section. Drill holes for plug
welding.
Clean and coat welding surfaces with zinc dust paint.
Fit in wheel housing replacement section with help of straightening
rig and weld.
Weld reinforcement to tunnel.
Weld wheel housing replacement section.
Mark location of battery console on wheel house and clean the
welding surfaces.
RA Replacing right front wheel housing (partial replacement up to engine firewall)
