3 Series E36 328i (M52) TOUR
Install, secure and weld up reinforcement plate for connection
point between outer D-pillar / gutter approx. 20 mm in vehicle.
Manufacture and fit reinforcement plate for connection point
between outer D-pillar / sub-frame.
Width approx. 60 mm
Drill holes for plug welding in spare part and on vehicle.
Coat reinforcement plate with zinc dust paint.
Drill holes in spare outer D-pillar for plug welding reinforcement
plates for gutter and sub-frame.
Fit reinforcement plate for connection point between outer D-pillar
/ sub-frame approx. 30 mm on precut spare outer D-pillar and
weld up.
Clean connection point between outer D-pillar / sub-frame on
spare part and coat with zinc dust paint.
RA Replacing rear roof pillar (side panel removed) (touring)
