Removing and installing/replacing collision
sensor for left or right side airbag

Turn ignition key to 0 position.

LIM/touring

Remove door pillar panel, left or right,

refer to 51 43 150.

COUPE

Remove front seat,

refer to 52 10 001.

Remove entrance cover strip,

refer to 51 47 000.

CONVERTIBLE

Remove front seat,

refer to 52 10 001.

Remove back seat, 

refer to 52 20 000

Remove entrance cover strip,

refer to 51 47 000.

Fold back carpet floor in area of rear seat.

Pull off connectors.

Unfasten screws and remove sensor.
