Dimension A = 24.0 mm (design dimension)
Dimension B = 25.8 (design dimension)
Calculate the mean value of the 6 throttle bodies and determine
the difference to the design dimension.
Use screw (2) to adjust all 6 throttle valves simultaneously in the
direction of the design dimension.
After basic setting operation, adjust exhaust contents and perform
exhaust synchronization.
Inspection of throttle valve kinematics:
Trap paper strip between 3 detent screws and the kinematic
detents. Pull on paper. If the paper can be pulled out slightly, carry
out throttle body basic setting.
