Unfasten heat baffle plate.

Removing fan cowl,

refer to 17 11 031

Removing alternator,

refer to 12 31 020

Removing underbody protection from front of assembly,

refer to 51 47 490

Remove vane pump for power-steering transmission and attach to
one side.

Note:

Lines remain connected.

Disconnect plug connections (1 and 2).

Sensor for engine-oil pressure

2. 

Engine-oil-temperature sensor

Remove oil lines from main flow oil filter housing.

Installation note:

Tightening torque,

refer to Technical Data 11 42 8AZ
