Removing and installing or replacing oil-
temperature switch (S50)
Note:
Release oil-filter cover so that oil from oil filter returns to oil
pan.
Removing suction-filter housing.
Disconnect plug-in connection (1).
Unfasten screw (2) on heat-protection plate.
Loosen hose clip (3) from intake hose.
Loosen screws (4).
Lift suction-filter housing slightly.
Pull off intake neck.
Pull off air hose (1).
Remove suction-filter housing.
Remove heat-protection plate.
Disconnect plug-in connection (1).
Unscrew and remove oil-pressure switch.
Tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 61 31 2AZ
