Replacing convertible top cover (electric
motor/fully-automatic)
Removing and installing both convertible top locks,
refer to 54 34 165
Remove headlining in convertible top,
refer to 54 34 130
Remove convertible top fabric from front (twin-sided adhesive
tape).
On the remaining three brackets, first pull off from back to front
(1), then pull off the rest towards rear (2).
Bend up tab washer (1), disconnect tensioning cable (B5) and pull
backwards to remove.
Unfasten seal from clamping bracket (separate adhesive bond).
