Installation:

Side sealing lips on roof cover (2) must not be crushed.

Slide shoehorn hinges (1) on roof cover (2) into cover mount
(3) on frame (4) and position roof cover (2) at rear on cover
kinematics.

Caution!

Check that glass roof cover is securely seated.

Press glass roof cover at front/rear, left/right with palms of
hands from bottom upwards.

Glass roof cover must not be able to be raised upwards (wind
noises).

Make sure locking washers (1) are correctly seated.

Installation:

Check setting of glass roof cover; 

to do so, close roof cover completely.

Ideal setting:

Distance (A) of glass roof cover to roof at front and rear must be
the same.

Insert credit or identity card between seal and glass roof cover.
The card must encounter the same resistance.

Height:

Front - flush to 1 mm deeper

Rear - flush to 1 mm higher

If necessary, adjust glass tilt roof cover,

refer to 54 10 004.
