Test probe for absolute compression measurement
S50 B32
Situation:
The screw-in test probe 11 0 235 has been introduced so that on the above-specified
engine the absolute compression of all cylinders can be measured by means of DIS.
Conventional individual cylinder measurement is still possible with this test probe in
conjunction with compression plotter 11 0 224 on all S engines.
See Enclosure 1
Measurement is carried out via DIS under "Preset measurements".
The existing test probe 11 0 227 with rubber cone for conventional compression
measurement will be removed from the programme.
Procedure:
The test probe 11 0 235 is provided as a store tool only on order.
