3 Series E36 M coupe (S54) COUPE
Remove scrap metal.
Straighten and grind joint surfaces.
Make cowl panel spare part from roof frame outer skin panel
spare part.
Measurement (A) = 500 mm from cowl panel edge, bottom.
Determine and mark out upper cowl panel cutting line.
Measurement (A) = 50 mm from roof edge.
Cut cowl panel at top.
Fit front cowl panel spare part.
Mark out holes for plug welding top cowl panel
door pillar (A-pillar) in area of window frame.
