3 Series E36 M coupe (S54) COUPE
Fit front cowl panel spare part, secure in position and weld up.
Carry out plug welding on cowl panel spare part and reinforcement
plate.
Weld door pillar (A-pillar) at connecting point of
window frame
door aperture.
Weld up connecting point in top cowl panel.
Fit individual welding spots so close together that a continuous
seam is created.
Caution!
Locate welding spots in a way which prevents distortion
caused by heat elongation. Ensure that welded areas have
cooled down sufficiently.
Danger of distortion!
Grind down welded surfaces.
