Replacing alternator drive belt (S50)
Note:
If the drive belt are to be reused, mark the rotation direction
and reinstall the drive belt with the same rotation direction.
Removing fan coupling with fan wheel and fan cowl,
refer to 11 52 020
Remove air-pump drive belt,
refer to 11 72 041
Lift protective cover off tensioning wheel.
Insert a hexagon key in the tensioner bolt. Slowly rotate clockwise
to compress the tensioning element (1) and to relieve tension on
the drive belt.
Remove drive belt.
