Removing and installing/replacing left or right
rear light (Z3 Coupé, M Coupé)

Remove luggage compartment floor trim panel.

Release locking buttons (1).

Remove side trim panel (2).

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Release nuts (2) and remove rear light towards rear.

Installation:

Make sure rear light seal is correctly seated, replace if necessary.

Ensure there is a uniform gap all round between rear light and
body side wall.

If necessary, carry out adjustment by means of nuts (2).
