Route wire (1) for right-hand FIS
module to rear left next to the gear
lever/selector lever.
Cut the carpet along the dotted line
shown in the illustration. Fold up both
flaps of carpet and remove the grey
foam backing attached to the
undersides of the flaps (please refer to
magnified view in circle on left-hand
side).
Press body sealing compound (1) onto
the underside of new passenger
compartment sensor module (2).
Plug connector (2) onto module (1), as
shown in the illustration.
Press module (1) onto the transmission
tunnel.
