3 Series E36 Z3 (M52TU) ROADST
Installation:
Set steering gear to straight-ahead position (marking on
case).
Turn steering spindle until bolt (1) of upper universal joint is
vertical. Place lower universal joint on steering gear. Bolt must
be located in groove of steering-gear spindle. Replace self-
locking nut. Tightening Torque,
refer to Technical Data 32 31 1AZ.
Unscrew bolts and take off steering gear in forward direction.
Installation:
Replace self-locking nuts.
Tightening Torque,
refer to Technical Data 32 00 1AZ.
