Replacing front left door pillar (front side
panel removed) (Z3)

Instructions on body repair,

refer to 41 00

Z3

Replacement cover for A-pillar

Remove or disconnect following parts:

- 

Cable to headlights and turn signals

- 

Top of radiator

- 

Complete front wiring harness section, including fuse box

- 

Front lid

- 

Front door, left

- 

Front seat, left

- 

Windshield

- 

Complete instrument carrier

- 

Windshield wiper console

- 

Brake booster

- 

Front left rocker panel strip

Other vehicle parts located in the repair zone or subject to
damage from heat, sparks or dust, must be removed or covered.

Drill out welding points on A-pillar cover and open welded seams.
