Remove scrap metal. Straighten and grind joint surfaces.

Drill out welding points on connection point inside A-pillar.
From inside, expose and open connection points between door
opening/inside A-pillar.
Expose and open up connection point on tube of A-pillar from
inside face.
Expose and open up remaining metal panels in door hinge from
inside vehicle.
Remove remaining metal panels.
