Removing and installing complete front
bumper (Z3 Roadster, M Roadster)
M Roadster only:
Remove and install front underbody protection (engine),
refer to 51 47 490
Unfasten hexagon bolts (1) and Torx screws (2) at left/right.
Note:
Screw (2) for mounting on impact absorber is Torx T50.
Version without foglights and/or headlight cleaning system:
Pull bumper forwards to remove.
Version with foglights:
If necessary, remove left/right plug connection (1) from foglights.
Version with headlight cleaning system:
If necessary, unfasten hose clip (2) and seal hose firmly.
M Roadster only:
Installation:
Pull hose (1) off bracket (2) if necessary (because
engagement of groove (3) is not possible in installed state).
