3 Series E46 316Ci (N45) COUPE
Note:
Installation with a second person.
Feed in sprocket wheel for oil pump drive.
Insert guide pin (6) into bore on chain tensioner (7) until
balancing shaft oil pump unit (3) rests on chain tensioner (7),
grip chain tensioner (7).
Insert balancing shaft oil pump unit (3) into adapter sleeves.
Replace screws (2).
Insert screws (2) and tighten down.
Tightening torque 11 27 1AZ.
Insert screws (1) and tighten down.
Using clamp (4), pull sprocket wheel (5) off oil pump shaft until it
is no longer secured on toothing.
